Quality assurance

With regard to its trading partners and consumers, Pulmoll Kalfany GmbH aims to guarantee long-lasting high quality and carefully selected raw materials for the production of tasty pastilles. In order to meet these high requirements, and bearing in mind our responsibility as a food manufacturer, we subject all of our products to continuous checks by our quality assurance department. Additionally to the internal checks also an independent food laboratory monitors the production process.

Incoming goods inspection

As the first stage in the production process, the inspection of incoming goods is of vital importance. In order for the manufactured products to be flawless, the raw and packaging materials must be flawless as well.

Traceability

The traceability of products facilitates systematic identification. All raw materials, ingredients and primary packaging materials bear a lot, order or charge number. This way, the ingredients can be continuously traced from their origin to the sales counter.

Maintenance

Only technology that works makes the production of high quality food possible. For this reason, all the relevant machinery is maintained regularly according to maintenance schedules.

Suppliers

Our raw material suppliers are also chosen and monitored with the greatest possible care. Only those who meet our stringent quality requirements are included in our supplier list.
