The ZDS, founded in 1951, is the world’s most renowned education and training institute for all areas of the confectionery industry. Furthermore, there are courses to prepare for the industrial master exams and training to become a state certified food technologist. The ZDS is known worldwide for their seminars, which are attended by people from over 30 countries every year.
