Shipping and Returns

Delivery

We ship climate-neutrally with DHL within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Orders placed with us by 2 PM on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received later will be dispatched on the next working day.

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Partner

DHL climate-neutral as standard. DHL Express is available upon request (surcharge), orderable at checkout.

Returns

You have a 30-day right of return from the receipt of goods. Prerequisites:

• Unopened original packaging
• Complete goods in a shippable condition
• Enclosed copy of the delivery note or order number

Here's how to proceed:

1. Send us an email to tiktok@pulmoll.de with your order number.
2. You will receive a return label from us as a PDF.
3. Pack the goods with the enclosed return label into the original box (or similar).
4. Take the package to the nearest DHL branch.
5. Upon receipt, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

You, as the customer, bear the shipping costs for returns, except for damaged or incorrectly delivered goods. In these cases, we cover the full return shipping costs.

Cancellation

Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal runs concurrently with the 30-day return grace period. You can find details in our cancellation policy.
